Shipping & Returns (RMA)
SHIPPING - $6.95:
Shipping is $6.95 on most orders (some oversize orders require an additional $6.00). We ship USPS Priority Mail, Fed-EX and UPS.
We ship to fully qualified US Post Office mailing addresses that include Post Office Boxes (POB) and most physical locations.
Typically delivery time ranges from 3-7 business days.
RETURNS (Return Authorization) Step 1 & Step 2:
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date your order was received for a refund. We cannot exchange items. Please place a new order online for the replacement item(s).
Electrical parts are not refundable but do maintain our full 1 year warranty.
About Restocking Fees & Refunds :
There is a 10% re-stocking fee on any return that is not an error of our company or website.
Products must be returned with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories along with your proof of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition. The value of any missing items and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable.
It is the original purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer.
Pending inspection, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be in the same form previously accepted for payment.
Step #1 : Complete the RMA form under "My Account". Your return cannot be processed without completing this form.
Step #2 : Our Returns Department will receive your request an email within 24 hours of the following business day to provide you with further details and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return your item(s). Absence of a RMA number will delay your return credit.
